Sales Agent Secured for Wrecked Ass Parents

After meeting with multiple agents/agencies for sales regarding our film "Wrecked Ass Parents", we have signed a deal to represent the film domestically.

Gary Rubin, will be handling sales domestic. With an emphasis on his assistance getting the film into the biggest film festivals possible for maximum exposure.

We will be extending the list of film festivals we submit to, in order to maximize sales potential and to amplify our chances of acceptance. Within the next few months we should be hearing back from them, hopefully with acceptance and leading to our very first festival for the film, as well as our world premiere for the film.

More updates to come as we make our way through that process.

Upcoming discussion with potential Sales agents.

Along with the current sales interest for the film that we have had, we were recently reached out to by Ascending Media Group. Tomorrow we will be meeting with founder Jared Goetz to discuss potential of his agency representing the film in sales.

This is a great potential sales source for the film due to AMG relationships and library of work they have handles sales for.

Right now we are in no rush to say yes to just anyone unless the relationship looks beneficial for the film and it's investors.

Ultimately the ideal situation brings us some form of guarantee, as well as assistance to amplify Festival acceptance and success, along with maximizing sales and distribution potential.

It is great to see interest in the film. And we will continue to find the best possible situation for all involved, and the film.

Hello Everyone!

We wanted to give you an update on where we are at, now that the film is essentially finished and we have our second and last private screening on Thursday.

The film has been submitted to a few noteworthy Film Festivals and is waiting on acceptance:

TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival), Nashville Film Festival, Heartland Film Festival, Los Angeles Comedy Festival, and the San Diego International Film Festival

These festivals were chosen specifically due to their acclaim and their status as comedy friendly festivals.

Most of these festivals don't occur till late September into December. So the acceptance process will take a while. But we will be sure to update here when we receive acceptance from each festival, and provide information about that.

One of our goals after finalizing post production on the film and in preparation for submission to Festivals and for the official IMDB page, was to complete an official poster for the film. Check, and check.

Post Final Screening Update for Wrecked Ass Parents

We were so grateful to all of the people that showed up for the last Private screening here in Hollywood.

It was a great experience. We loved hearing all the laughs, and talking to everyone that attended.

To the investors that came, it was great to see you and meet you all.

We appreciate your involvement, as well as your interest in the process of making a movie.

We had a great response also from a couple sales agents, who we are currently entertaining as prospects for selling the film, and the possible avenues for getting the film out there into the world for people to enjoy.

The progress from our first screening, to this one, was quite noticeable. Which is very positive in regards to the effort put into it.

Excited to announce that the film Wrecked Ass Parents is finished!!! This Thursday June 11th at 6:30pm PST we will be having the final screening of the film.
